On-street metered parking – Meters are enforced 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday. There are no time limits. The maximum hourly rate for meters inside the downtown core, bounded by the Savannah River on the north, Oglethorpe St. on the south, MLK Jr. Blvd. on the West, and Habersham St. on the east, is $2. Outside that area, the maximum hourly rate is $1. Click here for more information on downtown metered parking.
If you’re planning to park in an on-street metered space while you are enjoying your tour, plan on leaving your vehicle there for about three hours (this will typically provide you with enough time to get back to your car when your tour is over).
